Michael O'Rourke's career with TIB started in 1984, when he first joined the bank as SVP/Chief Credit Officer. In 1991, he was named EVP/Chief Lending Officer, overseeing one of the largest correspondent lending divisions in the U.S. In 1999, he moved to the other side of the bank as President of TIB Capital Markets. Then, in December of 2005, he was named President and CEO of what is today the nation's largest bankers' bank, becoming only the third CEO in the bank's history.
